Abstract

This study evaluates the density and adequacy of educational services in the city of Martouba from 2020 to 2026, analyzing the demographic changes and their direct impacts on educational institutions. The findings indicate a significant increase in student population, reaching approximately 2,872 students in 2026, compared to 383 teachers, distributed across six schools. This surge created immense pressure on infrastructure, forcing some schools to adopt dual shifts and alternative venues. The average classroom density reached 31.22 students, leading to a noticeable decline in educational efficiency and imposing severe psychological and administrative burdens on both teachers and students. The study emphasizes the urgent need for long-term strategic planning, infrastructure development, and enhanced crisis management to ensure sustainable educational operations.
