Focus and Scope

The Comprehensive Journal of Humanities and Educational Studies (CJHES) publishes original research, theoretical papers, and review articles across the broad fields of humanities and educational sciences. Its focus is on fostering intellectual exchange and disseminating high-quality scholarly work.

Scope of the Journal

The journal's scope is intentionally broad to encourage interdisciplinary research that bridges the gap between the two fields. It covers a wide array of topics, including but not limited to:

  • Educational Sciences: This includes all aspects of education, such as educational psychology, curriculum and instruction, educational leadership, sociology of education, educational technology, assessment and evaluation, and special education.

  • Humanities: This encompasses fields such as philosophy, history, literature, languages, cultural studies, media studies, and sociology.

  • Interdisciplinary Studies: The journal particularly welcomes research that explores the intersection of the humanities and education, for example, studies on the role of cultural studies in curriculum development or the application of philosophical concepts to educational theory.

  • Methodologies: CJHES accepts research employing a variety of methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches, provided they are rigorous and contribute to the advancement of knowledge.
