The Comprehensive Journal of Humanities and Educational Studies (CJHES) is an open-access journal. As a result, the journal operates under a policy that ensures the widest possible dissemination and use of published research while protecting the rights of both authors and the journal.


1. Author's Rights

Authors retain the copyright to their work published in the Comprehensive Journal of Humanities and Educational Studies. By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to the following terms:

  • The author grants the journal the first right of publication.

  • The author grants the journal the right to publish the article and to identify itself as the original publisher.

  • The author grants a license for the use of the article to the public under the Creative Commons license as described below.

2. Licensing and User Rights

All articles in CJHES are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This license means that, once an article is published, it is freely available for anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts. Under this license, users are free to:

  • Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.

  • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material.

The license includes the following conditions:

  • Attribution: Users must give appropriate credit to the original work, provide a link to the license, and indicate if any changes were made.
