Abstract

This study aims to examine International Administrative Law as a comprehensive framework for regulating the relationship between international organizations and their staff, focusing on administrative responsibility and accountability mechanisms.

The research addresses the nature of international administration, the legal basis of administrative responsibility, practical forms of responsibility towards employees, states, and individuals, and recent trends and future challenges. It also reviews international judicial jurisprudence and examples of international administrative courts, analyzing compensation mechanisms, transparency, and administrative reforms. The study concludes that international administrative law is a fundamental tool to ensure accountability, procedural justice, and the protection of rights within international organizations, highlighting the need to develop the legal framework to keep pace with future digital and institutional transformations.
