This study investigates the role of administrative leadership in improving job performance, specifically applied to the North Africa Bank, Sabratha Branch. The study aims to highlight the significance of administrative leadership in enhancing institutional performance and raising employee efficiency within the banking sector. The research addresses the following main question: What is the role of administrative leadership in improving job performance at the North Africa Bank, Sabratha Branch? Adopting a descriptive-analytical approach, data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of bank employees and administrators to achieve the research objectives. The findings reveal a positive relationship between effective administrative leadership and improved job performance. Specifically, leadership styles based on motivation, participation, and effective communication contribute to higher employee efficiency and improved achievement levels within the bank. Furthermore, the study indicates that investment in training and administrative development has a positive reflection on employees' job performance. Consequently, the study recommends enhancing the leadership skills of the bank's managers, improving managerial communication methods, and implementing robust job training and qualification programs to create a motivating work environment that helps achieve organizational goals efficiently.
