Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of E-Learning on students' academic achievement from the perspective of faculty members in the Department of Physical Education, Faculty of Education, Bani Walid. The researcher utilized the descriptive approach with the survey method due to its suitability for the research's nature. The study population included all 12 faculty members in the Department of Physical Education, Faculty of Education, Bani Walid University, and a purposive sample of 8 faculty members was selected. The research tool was a questionnaire consisting of 18 items, which was reviewed by a group of experts to ensure its final form before distribution to the sample. The results indicated that E-Learning contributes to improving the level of students' academic achievement, despite the presence of weak technical infrastructure and insufficient financial, technological, and systematic support necessary for the success of this type of education. Furthermore, E-Learning assists in communication between students and the professor at any time and from any place, and it helps the student acquire knowledge independently, fostering the idea of self-learning and self-reliance.
