Abstract

Study Objective: This study aims to identify the challenges faced by postgraduate students at the Libyan Academy, Derna branch. To achieve this objective, the study employed a descriptive-analytical approach. The researcher developed a questionnaire based on previous literature, ensuring its validity and reliability. The study sample consisted of 72 postgraduate students. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The main findings indicated no statistically significant differences in academic, administrative, and personal problems among postgraduate students based on gender, age, or occupation, while minor differences emerged in personal difficulties according to marital status. The study recommends implementing psychological support and guidance programs to address personal challenges, taking students' marital status into consideration.
