The Reflections of Married Women's Work on Family Relationships: A Field Sociological Study on a Sample of Female Teachers in the City of Al-Marj

Abstract

This study investigates the reflections of married women's work on family relationships from a sociological perspective, focusing on a sample of female employees in the education sector. The study sample consisted of (354) female teachers. A descriptive methodology was employed to understand the phenomenon as it is. The primary objective was to identify the nature of these reflections. The findings indicate that women's work plays a crucial role in affirming their sense of self and responsibility, and provides them with valuable practical experience. Furthermore, the results demonstrate that women's work contributes to strengthening family relationships by fostering cooperation between spouses and among children.
