This study investigates and verifies an academic excerpt from the manuscript Mawahib Al-Adeeb fi Sharh Mughni Al-Labeeb authored by Sheikh Muhammad Ahmad Al-Azniqi، widely known as Wuyi Zada (d. 1018 AH). Specifically، the research focuses on editing and analyzing the section addressing how the subject (Mubtada) is distinguished from the predicate (Khabar)، spanning from folio 798/b to folio 801/a of the third part. The study adopts an analytical and investigative methodology to ensure text integrity، compare available manuscript copies، and thoroughly evaluate the linguistic and syntactic viewpoints discussed by the author in dialogue with preceding grammarians such as Ibn Hisham Al-Ansari and Sibawayh. Furthermore، the paper highlights the scholarly contributions of an underrepresented figure in biographical literature، demonstrating his rigorous academic engagement with complex grammatical issues.
