This study aimed to identify the level of psychological flourishing among students at the Faculty of Education, University of Benghazi, and to detect any significant differences based on variables such as specialization (Kindergarten, Special Education, Psychological Counseling), academic semester (Second, Eighth), and marital status (Married, Unmarried). The sample consisted of (116) female students from the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences. The researcher administered the Psychological Flourishing Scale developed by Al-Qasasi (2023). After analyzing the data using statistical methods including t-tests for a single sample and one-way ANOVA, the results indicated that students at the Faculty of Education possess a high level of psychological flourishing. Furthermore, the study revealed no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological flourishing among students attributable to the variables of specialization, academic semester, or marital status. In light of these findings, the study recommended developing and maintaining activities and programs that sustain this high level of psychological flourishing, and suggested conducting further research on the relationship between psychological flourishing and both academic achievement and psychological hardiness.
