This study aimed to identify the obstacles to using e-learning from the perspective of faculty members at Bright Star University. A descriptive analytical approach was adopted, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. A sample of 134 questionnaires was distributed based on Morgan’s table, and 80 valid responses were retrieved. Data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods via SPSS. The findings revealed that administrative and material obstacles at the university were perceived at a neutral level, and faculty members demonstrated a general neutrality regarding the obstacles they face. Furthermore, the results confirmed a strong conviction among faculty members regarding the importance and advantages of e-learning. Based on these findings, the study recommends enhancing participation in decision-making, organizing specialized training courses on e-learning systems, and conducting further field research on the topic.
