Abstract

This study examines the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) and big data, and its impact on enhancing intellectual property (IP) protection in information institutions, in light of the rapid digital transformations that have reshaped the information production and distribution landscape. The study is based on the premise that this integration will enable the development of intelligent systems capable of monitoring the use of information resources and analyzing user behavior, thus contributing to the early detection of violations and strengthening protection mechanisms. The study employs a descriptive-analytical approach to explore the concepts related to the topic and analyze its technical and organizational dimensions. The study concludes that integrating IP technologies with big data analytics provides an advanced framework for managing and protecting IP, while simultaneously highlighting the need to address challenges related to security, privacy, and infrastructure.
